The Aerospace Technology Institute employs 28 people across two sites: Martell House in Cranfield, and Midford Place in London. We are organised into the Executive Management Team, Corporate Development, Strategy, Technology & Operations teams. Many of our employees have previously worked within Government or the aerospace or related sectors.
We also have 11 members of our Board, representing Government, industry and academia – and we are very grateful for their guidance and commitment.
Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter
The ATI is proud to be one of the first signatories of the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter, which was launched at the Farnborough Airshow in July 2018. This conscious commitment to gender diversity and inclusion at all levels in the aerospace and aviation industry will help to create a more robust, informed sector which has opportunities for everyone.
The ATI promotes a balanced, inclusive working environment in which people are empowered to make their own contributions.
