Scott’s career to date has focused on leading projects involving political or regulatory engagement, overseeing work aimed at either the formulation of public policy or the refinement of political or regulatory agendas. He is an experienced programme and project manager and oversees the ATI’s international engagement programme. In addition to his role overseeing international R&D, he is also responsible for policy engagement, working with colleagues at the ATI to form a collective view on public policy issues that impact the future of aerospace.
Scott has a passion for international affairs and graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in International Relations, focusing on International Political Economy. His other love is grass roots aviation; in his spare time Scott flies light aircraft and was previously a gliding instructor with the RAF Air Cadets. Scott is a Trustee of the Air League Trust and an active member of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
