Will leads the Aerospace Technology Institute’s strategic relationship with the UK Government, Devolved Administrations and regional aerospace clusters. He joined the ATI in December 2022. He previously worked in the Civil Service, delivering an ambitious set of commitments on R&D investment in the Levelling Up White Paper, and UK Research & Innovation where he was strategy lead for the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.
Will has degrees from the University of St Andrews and the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Thouron Scholar. He is also a Policy Fellow at the Centre for Science and Policy at the University of Cambridge.
