Travelling by Train
The Vox Centre have partnered with Virgin Trains. Delegates are offered a 20% discount on train tickets booked at least 3 days in advance. Further details can be found under the registration page.
Delegates can park for free in East 5 Car Park (this may be subject to change but an alternative car park within walking distance will be allocated). To obtain free car parking take a ticket upon entry and validate at the car parking ticket validation machine by the conference registration desk before leaving.

We are looking for companies with novel technology or solutions that are open to collaboration. Pitches will take place over both days and should be limited to three minutes, followed by a two-minute Q&A, and feedback from assembled experts will be provided after the event. Applications are now open here, and will close on 19th July 2019 .Companies intending to pitch will be required to purchase a ticket in advance; tickets are priced at £350 for Day One (which includes dinner), £300 for Day Two or £500 for a combined. Successful applicants will be required to send no more than TWO slides to support their pitch ahead of the conference. Deadline for submissions is Friday 19th July 2019. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 16th August 2019 along with a link to purchase their allocated day ticket. All pitching sessions for day one are now full.
We are offering free exhibition space for companies that can demonstrate new and innovative ideas for UK aerospace; we particularly want to hear from smaller companies that could benefit from the platform of the ATI Conference.Applications are now open and will close on 19th July 2019.Each exhibitor will be allocated a 1-metre countertop with video screen (to be driven by the exhibitor’s own laptop). Exhibits should be hand-carried and able to fit on the counter top; no roller banners or freestanding exhibits are allowed.Exhibition space is free of charge but exhibitors will be expected to purchase two 2-day tickets to the conference, priced at £500 each; this is to ensure adequate cover for the exhibition stand over the two days. Exhibitors are also expected to be present at the stand during the designated periods in the conference agenda.The deadline for submissions is Friday 19th July 2019. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 16th August 2019 along with a link to purchase allocated tickets. All exhibiting pods have now been filled.
