The UK Cabin Opportunity

The ATI published its ‘UK Cabin Opportunity’ INSIGHT just as the impact of Covid-19 was becoming apparent. The market is shaken but the core strategy and opportunity through technology remains. Our INSIGHT reveals the breadth of UK capability and innovation, promoting the UK’s position as a global leader in aircraft interior products. The ATI will present our vision to re-invigorate UK interiors by leveraging national strengths, collaboration, and technology.

Airspace 2050: Three Scenarios

Join the ATI to explore three challenging yet plausible future airspace 2050 scenarios. The ATI’s new scenario planning publication poses questions to the industry about its resilience and adaptability in the face of worlds dominated by consumerism, regional isolation or global natural disasters. What do these different futures mean for aerospace and is the sector prepared to pivot and adapt?

The ATI Programme

The Aerospace Technology Institute sets the R&D strategy for the UK’s civil aerospace sector, and helps to realise the strategy with a £3.9bn programme and other initiatives to create networks and expand innovation. This session will focus on the main elements of the strategy and the R&D programme. It is a complex sector and the ATI offer can appear complicated, but the session will clarify how the programme addresses the needs of different organisations in aerospace, and how to contact and work with the ATI.
