Announcement from Ventilator Challenge UK

The UK Government has given an order for more than 10,000 units in the fight against Covid-19.

The Ventilator Challenge UK consortium has today announced that it is working with incredible determination and energy to scale up production of much-needed ventilators. It has been announced this morning that the UK Government has given an order for more than 10,000 units. Full details can be found on the Ventilator Challenge UK website.

The consortium is made up of companies from multiple sectors including aerospace, medical, automotive, defence and electronics, and is led by the High Value Manufacturing catapult.
