D3 is a new series of networking lunches hosted by the ATI at our offices in London and Cranfield. Each event will feature short presentations from guest speakers, followed by a Q&A and group discussion – and all will be focused on themes of disruptive technologies.

The first D3 will be held 12-2pm on Tuesday 8th May at our London office, and will be on the hot topic of electric and more-electric aircraft.

Speakers include the ATI’s Mark Scully, Head of Technology for Advanced Systems & Propulsion (chair); Nick Sills, founder of Contra Electric Propulsion; Ian Whiting, Business Development Director of AGM Batteries; and James Ferranti, General Manager of Denis Ferranti Group.
