Kaiser Siddiqui

Kaiser joined the ATI in mid-2018 as a key member of the Technology team. He is responsible for exploring and understanding current technologies and roadmaps that have implications for aviation systems and the evolution of the whole aircraft. Kaiser works closely with both industry and academia to create meaningful, progressive and collaborative partnerships, supporting them with technical guidance and an understanding of the economic and market forces that are likely to influence the technology. He has delivered key note speeches at technology conferences, drawing on his experience of over thirty years in aviation systems and software projects, primarily air traffic control and avionics.

Kaiser’s career in aviation spans industry, the military and commercial airlines. He is an ex-RAF Navigator and holds a commercial pilot’s licence certified by EASA, the FAA and Transport Canada – all with Instrument Ratings and Flight Instructor Ratings.

Some of his career highlights include being a critical part of the team and the UK airspace representative for the development, integration and bringing into service of Eurocontrol’s Integrated Flight Planning System (IFPS). Kaiser also designed, wrote and executed one of Raytheon’s most successful integration tests for the Canadian Automated Air Traffic Systems. Leading the flight test program for the FAA certification of the M4000 and M6000 Head-Up Guidance Systems of the Boeing 737 MAX and NG aircraft is another of Kaiser’s achievements.

A highly motivated individual with bundles of energy, infectious enthusiasm and positivity, Kaiser also has a creative side - he is a keen actor and a prolific writer of poetry, plays and comedy. He also plays drums in a band and can frequently be found supporting Spurs at their home games.
