The ATI is seeking a highly capable HR Manager to join the team, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. This role is based in Cranfield, with regular travel to ATI’s London office.
As a small business, the HR Manager is responsible for the overall HR function at the ATI. This includes ensuring efficient and thorough delivery of day-to-day operational tasks along with strategic activities to develop ATI as a high-performance organisation. Partly to support HR objectives, the ATI has set up a cross-departmental team of volunteers to help the HR Manager develop the learning, development, culture and teaming programme.
The role presents an opportunity for the candidate to grow their general HR experience, demonstrate ownership of core HR activities and handle a wide range of challenges. The role will also influence the development of a small and relatively young organisation.
