Rachel Gillett

Rachel is responsible for all aspects of the HR function across the business.

Rachel is responsible for the full HR function at the ATI, leading on all personnel activities such as employee relations, recruitment, employee lifecycle, training & development, inclusivity and benefits. Rachel is also actively involved in the ATI’s health and safety agenda, as well as producing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

With a diploma in Human Resource Management, Rachel joined the ATI as HR Manager in 2020 having previously worked in the renewable energy sector. An enthusiastic advocate for ATI’s culture, Rachel is committed to striking a balance between encouraging a welcoming and positive environment whilst maintaining a high performing and engaged team.
