As part of ATI’s presence at the Sustainable Skies World Summit 2024, the ATI Hub is inviting a small group of aerospace innovators to join us and showcase their aircraft technologies to investors and industrials.

The ATI has secured a partnership with Sustainable Skies which will enable seven selected innovators to exhibit on the show floor and present their innovation to investors and industrials at no cost.

For this showcase we are looking for startups and SMEs demonstrating:

  • Transformational innovation in aerospace technologies progressing the sector to net zero
  • Alignment with the ATI Destination Zero Strategic Roadmaps

About Sustainable Skies World Summit 2024

Taking place on 15th & 16th May 2024 at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, the Sustainable Skies World Summit will gather government representatives, regulators, airlines, OEMs, investors, members of academia and media from across the world to discuss and address the immediate and long-term concerns and actionable solutions, further accelerating the industry’s progress towards reaching its Net Zero commitments.

As part of the Sustainable Skies World Summit, the national aerospace trade body, ADS Group, is organising a new “Accelerator Hub” to foster connections between innovators at the forefront of sustainable technologies and potential users, buyers, and investors eager to expand their portfolios with new ground-breaking capabilities.

This new format is designed for start-ups, scaleups or businesses at any stage, looking to forge new partnerships, expand their capabilities, showcase readily available products to buyers or access funding opportunities.

Join the ATI and showcase your innovation at Sustainable Skies World Summit

The ATI Hub is offering seven selected UK -based companies the opportunity to showcase their technology innovation free of charge.

Details of the opportunity

  • Chosen companies will be invited to present during a 10-minute pitching slot as part of the ADS "Accelerator Hub" on 15th May, between 14:00-15:30 pm.
  • Following the pitching session, there is an option for personalised one-to-one meetings with interested audience members, facilitated by ADS. Delegates might include investment banks, aerospace primes, potential users in public services and others.
  • Chosen companies will be invited to showcase their innovation on the show floor for the duration of the event (15th-16th May). Each organisation will be provided with a table and an opportunity to use a banner and display a product. The selected companies must be able to commit to hosting their stand for the duration of the two days of the summit.

Important information

  • Travel and accommodation costs will need to be covered by the participating companies.
  • As a recipient of public funding, the Aerospace Technology Institute is required to ensure compliance with the Subsidy Control Act (2022) in providing support to enterprises. Chosen organisations will be asked to confirm that receipt of the service will not exceed the Subsidy Control Statutory Guidance 96 MFA threshold of £315,000 cumulated over this and the previous two financial years, as specified in section 36(1) of the Subsidy Control Act (2022).
  • In addition to applying with the ATI, you are encouraged to also register directly with ADS. This will facilitate the match-making process with investors, and you might still choose to participate in the event even in the case you are not selected to join the ATI showcase.
