Karen Archer

Karen leads the business administration functions including Finance, HR and IT.

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer at the ATI and leads the Business Administration Functions including Finance, HR and IT. She is a member of the Executive Management Team, reporting to Gary Elliott.

Karen joined the ATI in late 2025 with two decades of senior leadership experience in real assets and a wealth of expertise across financial strategy, operational transformation, regulatory oversight and global fund structures, having worked across major markets including UK, Europe and Asia.
Karen previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Global Real Estate business at Schroders Capital and has also held senior positions within JP Morgan’s Global Real Assets team and AIG’s European Real Estate fund management team.

Karen is a Fellow member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has also previously held multiple regulated Board positions with approval from the FCA, CSSF and JFSC.
Karen initially trained as an Accountant at the mid-tier firm, Mazars, and also spent seven years with PwC, working across their London and Channel Islands practices.
