ATI becomes signatory of WIAA Charter

The Aerospace Technology Institute has today become an official signatory of the Women in Aviation and Aerospace (WIAA) Charter, another part of our commitment to make the ATI an inclusive organisation.The WIAA Charter aims to support the overall diversity of the sector and build a more balanced and fair industry by giving signatories real and achievable commitments to ensure that more women enter into our industry, and that it feels open and accessible for women to work in aviation and aerospace.In becoming a signatory, the Aerospace Technology Institute is committing to providing all employees with Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) training, supporting the promotion of diversity through the ED&I working group and maintaining a fair, meritocratic and transparent recruitment process.Gary Elliott, Chief Executive Officer of the ATI said: “Becoming a signatory of the WIAA Charter underlines our commitment to support a balanced and fair industry.
