Technology

The Technology team are responsible for ensuring the UK develops the best technology by informing the UK aerospace technology strategy and providing technical assessments of ATI Programme funding applications. They also develop independent research and insight across four capability areas: advanced systems and propulsion; whole aircraft; structures, manufacturing and materials; and sustainability.

Strategy & Innovation

The Strategy and Innovation team manage the ATI Programme in collaboration with the Department of Business and Trade and Innovate UK. Through the ATI Hub, they encourage greater innovation in UK aerospace, helping organisations boost competitiveness and market share. The team also sets ATI’s strategy and tracks its performance.

Operations team members play a vital role in ensuring the ATI is agile, compliant and fiscally responsible. They are the operational backbone of the organisation, creating a robust structure and inclusive culture.
