Ann Dysiewicz

IT Manager

Operations

Ann coordinates and manages the Institute’s IT and telecoms infrastructure. She has been with the ATI since its inception and her ‘can do attitude’ and problem-solving skills are essential to multiple functions across the business.

Ann excels at taking a concept and progressing it to full-scale reality, using creativity and exceptional planning skills which have been essential in delivering the ATI’s events programme.

Ann studied business with psychology and was accepted to attend university to pursue a career in teaching. However, an attractive proposition of working in the oil industry led Ann towards a career in project management and the experience of working offshore.

Prior to joining the ATI, Ann worked for a test pilot school, where she was responsible for developing and managing a facilities project – taking the company from a porta-cabin to fully functioning permanent offices. Ann went on to work for a Federation School where she project managed performing arts and physical education festivals, residential trips (at home and abroad), as well as organising regional competitions.
