All Advisory Group Meeting sets milestones to 2026
Members of the ATI’s six Advisory Groups came together in London on Wednesday 17th January 2024 to discuss priority areas for the next two years.
The groups, made up of experts from across aerospace, aviation, academia, RTOs, government organisations and consultancies, provide valuable insights to the ATI and work collaboratively to address emerging challenges.
During the event, the groups heard updates from across the network and participated in workshops focused on the questions and challenges they plan to prioritise throughout 2024 to 2026. Updates included manufacturing technology breakthroughs in Friction Stir Welding, growing modelling capabilities and focus areas on advancing zero-carbon technologies.
The Advisory Groups also heard presentations from Innovate UK on the opportunity of Horizon Europe programme and from the ATI’s Hydrogen Capability Network on the interventions identified through Phase 0.
In the coming months, the groups will continue to meet individually to progress their focus areas before virtual All Advisory Group meetings in the summer.
